This website is particularly geared towards IBM Personal Computing Products, xSeries and Netfinity Servers, Storage and Printers.
How to use the site:
There are three ways to navigate around the site dependent upon the information you have to hand regarding your IBM equipment:
1.Type: Input your 4 digits Type number in the Search box and this will lead you to all the ServicePac options available. If you can’t find your machine type, click here for help.
2. Machine Description: Input the description in the Search box on the left (e.g. xSeries 232)
3. ServicePac / Post Warranty ServicePac: Once you have found the model or type of your IBM machine, click on “ServicePac” if you want to purchase a warranty upgrade for a new machine (must not be older than 30 days) or click on “Post Warranty ServicePac” if your standard warranty or existing ServicePac has expired.
