under support direct from the manufacturer IBM.
We will not only inform you the customer when your support is about to expire but we can also source Extended Support options/ Post
Warranty ServicePac options at competitive prices.  We will then go one step further and register all the IBM ServicePacs on your behalf and
send you the required Authorisation Number in case of machine breakdown.
Within the ServicePac range you can choose On-Site Support or Return to Base options and we can advise on all the various packages from
9x5x4h to 24x7x4h etc.
