IBM ServicePac

IBM ServicePac was developed by IBM in response to the need for a wide choice of specialised support options to maximise the return companies got on their technology investments. The result was a set of convenient, pre-packaged, affordable services that are available in a wide range of configurations.

Every IBM ServicePac we supply at EPD is a self-contained contract, and to make things easier for you we will register it with IBM free of charge. There are options for every type of user, from single consumers to large corporations. Simple to use, each ServicePac has its own part number and can be ordered

IBM ServicePac is unique in that it is purchased for a one-off charge as a single, fixed-price product. Both hardware and software support options are available, including support for non-IBM products. Software, skills training and implementation options are available. You can choose from 3, 4 or 5 year ServicePac Upgrades to your product’s base warranty, or alternatively there are 1 and 2 year Post-Warranty ServicePacs, to extend your base warranty or ServicePac upgrade.

IBM ServicePac MUST be purchased in the country where the hardware is located. If IBM ServicePac is purchased outside of the country then service will NOT be redeemable should you experience hardware failure.
