IBM ServicePac Upgrades

An IBM ServicePac upgrade is a standard contract that upgrades the level of maintenance support you receive with the base warranty on your new IBM hardware. Providing comprehensive technical support and a fast, effective problem resolution service, it is available for a range of IBM platforms and hardware.

Depending on your budget and level of cover you require, there are a number of IBM ServicePac upgrade options, which are priced in predefined step-ups to the base maintenance charge.

For relatively little extra cost we at EPD offer a choice of 3, 4 or 5 year ServicePac Upgrades made available by IBM. Hours of coverage range from 9/5 to 24/7 cover, and service levels range from Next business day to same day service, allowing you to tailor your order to suit your needs and budget.

IBM ServicePac MUST be purchased in the country where the hardware is located. If IBM ServicePac is purchased outside of the country then service will NOT be redeemable should you experience hardware failure
