The manufacturer’s warranty on my IBM Netfinity server had expired and I was beginning to worry about what I would do in the event of a potentially costly hardware fault. Then I discovered Europlus Direct – I had no idea that it could be a simple and inexpensive matter to extend the warranty on the machine. I renew it every year.
