NSK Europe is one of our valued customers. NSK is an international supplier of bearings, automotive and steering systems and precision products. While NSK ships hardware to 56 countries across the world, NSK Europe operates in 10 countries throughout Europe, where they must buy maintenance contracts and provide services in each country for one year. Before coming to EPD, NSK was dedicating countless hours to working with their distributor to track down multiple contacts in each country, which lead to disruptions and an increase in call out and maintenance costs. While they were working with this major distributor, that company did not have the time or resources to effectively handle all their needs or deal with their requests efficiently. Thus, at their distributor’s suggestion, NSK turned to EPD in February 2015 to improve their operations. Allanson explains.

Instead of wasting time talking with distributors about various maintenance issues, Allanson says they need instant results to get systems operating as soon as possible.
